Hi Annabel and Rose. Today I made a batch of your Sticky Buns/Hot Cross Buns recipes from Essential Vol 2.
I intended to make buns but took a short cut and put the dough into a loaf tin instead at the last rise. Now. I have hot cross bun loaf for easy slicing and spiced toast for tomorrow.
This recipe is very nice. No too sweet and a nice balance of spice to fruit. It’s a delicious change on tradition. Cheers Louise
