We are carrying on into summer with three delicious recipes that are perfect for long summer days. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the bounty of produce at this time of year, don’t worry, we’ve got lots of ideas for what to do with it all!
A well-known feature in Annabel’s books is her fridge fixings — when you are tired and hungry, it’s virtually impossible to feel creative. You just want to eat right now, without having to think about how or what. Taking a little time each week to prepare flavour bases such as tasty pestos and enticing dressings streamlines the cooking process and has a dramatic effect on the results.
This sentiment rings especially true in the summertime, when there is so much going on and you want cooking to be as easy as possible.
