Mindful that it is a week until Christmas, we’re doing things a little differently this time around. We thought it would be fun to share some festive ideas for holiday entertaining — be it your Christmas day spread, a lavish long lunch, or a New Year’s party! They each take only 10–20 minutes to assemble, so you can impress without stress.

Salmon Crudo with Lime & Coriander

We both love a crudo — it is such an elegant way to eat and serve fresh fish. They have certainly risen in popularity in recent years, and in most *trendy* restaurants nowadays you’ll find some version of crudo on the menu.

The great thing about crudo is that it’s incredibly easy to make at home, and looks impressive.
