We’ve been wanting to share these fish burgers for a while now. Rose first made them in April (her spring) and we have been patiently waiting for the weather to warm up so we can share them with you all. This is something you’ll likely have on repeat over the summer months, they are so easy to make, and are unbelievably yummy — you’ll be sure to get lots of accolades from satisfied diners.
It’s a simple recipe, inspired by the iconic filet-o-fish served at McDonald’s, but without the deep fryer so certainly healthier and super fresh. It’s a great way to make a little bit of fish go a long way, plus it’s a perfect “takeaway” experience at home without the price tag! A treat for everyone. The magic of this burger is in the tartare — herbaceous, zingy, creamy, and full of delicious pickle flavours. It carries the burger so well.
